went in there with my boyfriend today really impressed by the range of food they had but then got to till and we were served by such a rude woman she was scanning our food and then she picked up a bottle of water that we had got from a fridge and she didn't even scan it and said to me that is multi pack only I can't sell it to u she then directed me to where I could get a single bottle of water from and there were only multi packs available for sale on that Isle so I just walked back and said nevermind then she had the nerve to comment on how my boyfriend looked like a drug dealer which I thought was so rude we paid and we left but all day my boyfriend has been really worried about the way he looks and I'm not happy about it because they should think about how it affects a person before they speak

Wide range of choice on frozen food, which are for the most part affordable. Some of the offers aren't real offers, but as with most supermarkets, the food warehouse / Iceland appear to be hiking prices just to make them a "special offer" a few weeks later. The store has a small range of fresh fruit and veg, but they normally aren't particularly good quality and can be seen going mouldy on the shelf. The layout of the store can be confusing making it hard to find what you're looking for without going up and down every aisle. Staff are hard to find with the feeling that the store is severely understaffed as there are rarely more than - people working on the shop floor. Staff serving on the checkouts aren't always the friendliest, with some not even replying to a polite "hello" greeting.

Great place to go for bulk buying frozen stuff or fizzy drinks cans. A lot of branded food here too (greggs and tgi fridays for example). Most of the food is meat based, so if you're a vegan or vegetarian your options are... chips or potato waffles.Everytime I've been here it's been awfully quiet, which is great as there's no queue to the till, but it feels strangely eerie...

I walked to Lidl and Morrison nearby, then nipped to the food warehouse as my last stop. One of the staff accused me of stealing, followed me to the till and asked me if I have paid for all my items in front of the cashier.Me and the cashier looked at eachother confused as I just handed over my cash to pay.The woman that accused me looked at all my shopping because I had a lot of food ( that’s because I went FOOD SHOPPING) and asked if I had paid for everything. I said yes and I bought these from Lidl and Morrisons. I even asked the cashier if she want to go through my Lidl and Morrison receipts but there was no need.I felt that the woman who accused me was very rude and could be more polite, it had really hurt my feelings and I felt so embarrassed.
